User site
The site is intended to give a logged in user detailed information and the possibility to do simpler tasks. The intenstion is for the amount of tasks to increase, thus giving the administrator less work.

Notifications
Notification are primarily done by sending emails. This is a core feature of Qspot and the idea is that an administrator should be notified when something is needed to be done.
- Contract Mail - new or resignation of contract. It is sent a fixed amount of time before event takes place. This is sent to whomever is in charge of contracts.
- Free Object Mail - sent to any administrator who wishes for it. This means that there is, or soon will be, an free object that a user is waiting for.
- New User Signed Up Mail - if users need to be accepted by an administrator a notification is sent when the user has signed up.
Multilingual
Qspot is a multilingual service. Administrator, public and private user pages are all provided in different languages. The language selected in your web browser will also dictate which language that is displayed. If you have a request for a different language, please let us know.
